No, the Veritas pro taper reamer is built for a traditional hand brace only; it hasn't been designed for the speeds and forces a power drill applies.
Loosen the three blade retention screws with the supplied hex key and turn the set screws an equal amount to change the depth of cut, deeper for low-density woods like pine and shallower for dense hardwoods such as oak.
Remove the spring-steel blade and lap or hone the cutting edge at its original 60° angle; for softwood work, you can also burnish a small hook onto the edge.
