Description
- Stress-relieved, ductile cast-iron body
- Sole and 2-1/8" wide running surface are machined flat and square to one another
- Fits classic Stanley #52 chute board
- Brass locking knob allows adjustments to mouth opening
- Stop-screws retain mouth settings and prevent contact between blade and moveable toe
- Adjustable rear tote for use with the sole upright or facing down
- Bed skewed 20° to reduce cut resistance and make a shearing cut that leaves a clean finish on end grain
- 12° bed angle coupled with 25° blade bevel yield 35° cutting angle
- Blade is 2-1/4" wide; available in either O1 or PM-V11
- Made in Canada
