- Machined and surface ground ductile cast iron body has 12° bed angle and movable toe fully enclosed by body casting
- Locking front knob controls toe to set mouth opening
- Unobtrusive stop-screw in throat allows repeatable mouth setting and prevents contact between blade and toe
- Norris-type adjuster mechanism combines feed and lateral adjustments for accurate blade setting
- Set screws on either side of blade prevent shifting in use
- Effective 37° cutting angle minimizes fiber tearing
- Included 25° bevel blade is 1/8" thick, lapped and available in A2 or O1 tool steel
- Optional 38° and 50° bevel blades in A2 or O1 steel as well as a toothed A2 blade
- Hardware front knob and rear handle
