It is made of black powder-coated ductile cast iron with a lever cap that integrates into the body for a near-continuous hand-contact surface, plus a fully enclosed, adjustable mouth.
A single adjustment screw controls feed and lateral movement with less than 1/4 turn of play, and it is secured to the body so it will not fall out.
It is 6 5/8" long by 1 3/4" wide, with a 12° bed angle that combines with the 25° blade bevel for a 37° cutting angle.
It includes your choice of A2, O1 or PM-V11 steel. Each measure 9/64" thick, 1 3/8" wide, and are ground at 25°.
