No, the table is designed to accept the Veritas Compact Router Base Plate, which is available separately.
The table top is 15 1/2" × 11 1/2", milled from 18mm Baltic birch plywood with a low-friction laminate surface.
Five levelling screws built into the table let you fine-tune the base plate height so it sits dead flush with the table surface.
The table comes with the fence, a pair of laminate-clad sub-fences, a pivot post and a clear acrylic safety shield.
You can slide the barrel of your router out of the base, leaving it attached to the plate, for access to the collet nut. You can also remove the two mounting screws and pull the entire router through the table opening.
Yes, one of the mounting screws can be replaced with the provided pivot post for routing curves without the fence.
The machined aluminum fence is 14" long, with two 7 1/2" sub-fences.
