Q: Which radii will it sharpen?

The 1/16", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" cutting radii, plus 1/2" on the inside curve.

Q: Does the cornering tool set come with it?

No. The cornering tool set is available separately.

A piece of 600x silicon carbide paper is included, but other grits can be swapped in as desired.

Rub the tool back and forth along the abrasive-covered jig, working the inside radius at each end, until a keen edge is achieved.

Usually not. If you do, hold the original cutting angles, which differ by 15°.
