This dog-hole mount assembly for the Veritas Carver's Vise fits standard 3/4" dog holes and works with benchtops from 5/8" to 4" thick, so it isn't limited to one bench thickness.
A rod, sleeve and wing nut pass through a standard dog hole to clamp the vise in place, so no extra hardware is needed beyond the dog hole itself.
It's made in Canada, one of the accessories designed specifically for the Veritas Carver's Vise (item 05G2001).
